Huge thanks to everyone who came to Folk at the Hall in 2016. We think it was our best yet. It's always hard to top things but we think we might have done that for 2017. We've gone for one of our all time favourite bands and a name that may be new to some of you and very exciting to the rest of you for our headliners. The Peatbog Faeries have been one of the bands the entire Manley clan have seen most over the years and we're delighted they'll be headlining the Friday night. For the Saturday we have a band who rarely play in the UK (I think in 2016 it's been one show, a double headline with Lau) and we're so excited they're coming over here. They are simply one of the best bands out there so we're thrilled to welcome Dreamers' Circus to Trelawnyd for the Saturday night.

Friday night will include Mawkin and Tide Lines while Dreamers' Circus will be supported by the Sam Kelly Trio, Moore Moss Rutter, Greg Russell and Ciaran Algar, O'Hooley and Tidow, Jim Moray, Jimmy Aldridge and Sid Goldsmith and Molly Evans on the Saturday.

In other exciting news we're delighted to say that Greg and Ciaran have agreed to become our festival patrons. They've been part of our events since they started and since then they've become great friends of the festival and we love them dearly. It's also an excuse to put them on the line-up every year.

Please note Friday will be a standing show with very limited seating (not sure seats will be needed!). Saturday will be seated. In a slight change for 2017 only Full Festival, Friday and Saturday all day tickets will be available initially. We will try and release some evening tickets for Saturday if we can but can't guarantee it.

Camping will be available once again with some late night, brunch plans currently being brewed.

You'll notice there is a small price increase for 2017. We've not changed the prices since we started and, as an unfunded event, we're keen to live slightly less close to the edge. It also means we can add some extra bits to the festival for your enjoyment. All the money goes straight into the festival. Nobody who works or volunteers at the festival makes a penny so we hope you'll all understand and come have a great time with us.
